Management Team

The BD-Institute's Management Team is committed to serve a global Community of Practice in business development. The Management Team includes the following members:

	Howard Nutt, Phoenix, AZ Mr. Nutt is Executive Director and Chairman of the BD-Institute Board of Directors. He has more than 25 years of experience in business development and led development of the BD-CMM. In addition, he helped organize and is a charter member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
	Charlie Divine, Osage Beach, MO Mr. Divine serves as the BD-Institute's Director of Research and Knowledge Management. He is also a Certified BD-CMM Appraiser, having retired from SBC Communications (now part of AT&T) in 2000, where he directed their business development centers.
